1.Introduction
Welcome to Areté Medical Community. These Terms of Use govern your access and participation in surveys, studies, and any other services (“Services”) provided by Areté Medical Community (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these terms, so please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our Services.

3.Description of Services
4.Account Registration and Use
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Be responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
5.Participation in Research Activities
6.Compensation
- Eligibility Participants must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and survey completion. Providing false information may disqualify you from compensation and future participation. Each participant may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts or using multiple identities to qualify for the same survey will result in disqualification from compensation and termination from the panel.
- Compensation for Participation Compensation will be provided only for fully completed surveys or research activities, as specified in the invitation. Compensation is not offered for partial completion or disqualification during the screening process. Survey participation is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the required number of participants has been reached, the survey will close, and further participation will not be accepted. Participants who provide inaccurate or incomplete responses, rush through surveys, or fail quality checks will not be eligible for compensation. Areté Medical Community reserves the right to withhold payment in cases where fraudulent, misleading, or low-quality responses are identified.
- Compensation Process After completing a survey or research activity, compensation will be processed and provided within [specified timeframe, e.g., XX business days] via the payment method outlined in your account. If you do not receive compensation within this time frame, please contact us within [X months] of the survey completion to resolve the issue. Participants must claim any missing compensation within [X months] of survey completion. After this period, Areté Medical Community will no longer be responsible for issuing payment.
- Payment Distribution Payment will be distributed in the currency specified in the invitation. The payment method and options may vary based on your location. Areté Medical Community reserves the right to modify available payment options or service providers at any time. Participants will be informed of any such changes where applicable. Areté Medical Community is not liable for any delays, technical errors, or transaction fees imposed by third-party payment providers. Any issues related to payment processing should be resolved directly with the payment provider.
- Taxation Participants are responsible for reporting compensation to their local tax authorities. Areté Medical Community will comply with any legal obligations related to tax reporting, but does not assume responsibility for individual tax liabilities.
